By Appointment Only

Our doctors work by appointment. If you need care fast, we can often see you the same day.

Cancellation Notice

If you cannot keep your visit, please call the office as early as you can. Then we can give the time to another patient.

No Smoking or Cell Phones

The building does not allow smoking or cell phone use.

After-Hours Emergencies

An answering service takes calls on weekends and holidays. If your life is in danger, call 911.

What to Expect During Your First Visit

If you have not filled out your forms, please come 15–20 minutes early. Before you see the doctor, our front desk will take your forms, your insurance card and your photo ID.
