What insurance carriers does Arthritis Medical Clinic accept?
Aetna, BeechStreet, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Exclusive Care (HMO),  Healthcomp, HealthNet, First Health, Great West, Medicare, Medi-Medi, PacifiCare, PrimeCare Medical Group (HMO), Railroad Medicare, Redlands IPA (HMO), Riverside Physician Network (HMO), TriWest, United Health Care.
(We accept other insurance. If your insurance carrier is not on the list, call for more information.)
All HMO plans require a written authorization from your primary care physician. If you come for an appointment without authorization and it is required by your insurance, you have the option to pay for the visit or reschedule after receiving the authorization. Acquiring the proper authorization is the patient’s responsibility.
Bring your insurance card, driver’s license or picture ID, any pertinent medical records, including most recent laboratory and x-ray results, and a list of your current medications. Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to complete the necessary paperwork.

The co-pay amount for a specialist visit is due at the time of check-in. You are responsible for your deductible if it has not been met.

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for payments, in addition to cash, check, or money order. Returned checks will be assessed a $50 overdraft charge.

We kindly ask that you notify our office 72 hours in advance. So we can offer that appointment time to another patient.

All test results will be discussed at your next office visit. However, life-threatening test results will be discussed over the telephone.
