Nayef Kazzaz, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.R.

Nayef Kazzaz, M.D. is a Board-Certified physician in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Case Western Reserve University Case Medical Center in Cleveland, OH, and his Rheumatology fellowship at the University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor, MI. During the fellowship, was awarded “The William D. Robinson University of Michigan Rheumatology Society Award.” He was awarded a master’s degree in “Clinical and Translational Sciences” from the University of Kentucky. He served as an assistant professor at the University of Kentucky, during which he trained and provided didactics to students, residents, and fellows.

Dr. Kazzaz has multiple publications on lupus and antiphospholipid syndrome. At Arthritis Medical Clinic, Dr. Kazzaz provides care for rheumatological disease and systemic auto-immunities based on the most up-to-date care. He is certified in musculoskeletal ultrasonography by the American College of Rheumatology. He performs ultrasound-guided joint aspirations and injections. Dr. Kazzaz is an active member of multiple medical societies such as the American College of Rheumatology and American Medical Association.
